We live a very busy lifestyle that doesn’t allow for much time to really sit down and track things that we eat.
However if you had a tool that would make it fast and easy would you then do it?
I found a site after looking and downloading tons of apps and joining many sites that really makes it easy.

- Track food intake ( on desktop I added all the meals that I normally eat to my Group and favorites so it is easy to record quickly some of the food choices that may not be listed. Then when viewing on the app it is as easy as click and record.) more than 1 million foods in its database
- Quick Track so you can record easily say your veggie intake, water take and what you ate very quickly.
- Healthy Lifestyle Content Guide to get nutrition, fitness, and motivation tips
- Join the web’s largest healthy lifestyle community ( so you can join for FREE and invite other friends and buddies that will help encourage you and keep you going)
- Join a team of like minded people within the community called groups
- Customize goals, tracking, meals etc.
And just to be clear I am not affiliated with SparkPeople in any way other then being a member.
I like that you can join for free and access both the website community but also the app. So many of the sites I tried get you with the free site but then the app is a fee, or the mean planning costs you a monthly membership.
As a online marketing consultant I commend them for using sponsorship ads to drive their revenue.
We also build online communities and I have to say this online community was well done. I especially like the control for privacy settings the member has to how much or how little they want to share.

This is one of the great features, you just click off what you ate and it records it.
If it is isn’t listed you do a quick add. I love to add it to groups so if I always eat something for that meal group I know it is listed there.

I love this quick glance of where you are at. Expecially for water intake it shows you easily how much water you drank, many times I am suprised at that number and know I need to drink more.
Another surprise for me was my calorie intake, for me I was NOT eating enough. Yes not eating enough.
This can cause your metabolism to digress. So I was glad I was tracking my food intake, that little effort really showed me what I needed to improve on.
