In my experience myself and my family has found this herb Guaifenesin very helpful when we are sick with bronchitis. I also find a product called Kold Kare is also good to take when you are sick.
My son also takes Kold Kare during allergy season so that he doesn’t have any allergy symtoms.
The boys take this on their own when they are starting to get a cold. They know this ‘stuff’ really works.
Kold Kare is bacteriostatic and virostatic which means it fights bacterial and viral infections.
Traditional cold medicine doesn’t help ‘heal’ you of your cold it just masks it and sometimes does more harm then good.

Here is something that probably a lot of people don’t realize that Guaifenesin is the ingredient in Mucinex and Robitussin. It is technically an ‘herb’ as it is derived from the guaiac tree.
