Memorizing a sales order for future use

Listen to Memorizing a sales order for future use.

1. From the Customers menu, choose Create Invoice.

2. Fill in the line items that you want to appear on the memorized
invoice.

If the information in other fields change with each sales order
you prepare, leave them blank when you memorize the form. For
example, you can enter items, but not quantities.

3. From the Edit menu, choose Memorize Invoice.

4. Type a name that will help you recognize this sales order when
you look for it on the Memorized Transaction list.

5. Make sure that the How Often field says Never and leave the
other fields in the Memorize Transactions window empty.
Click OK to memorize the sales order.
